We have developed a simple evaluation system that allows direct feedback from our customers to our cleaners. After every service call, we will send you a one-question service asking you to rate our work. This information is tracked by cleaner– and over time cleaners earn a running average much like online reviews. Our reward systems honor those cleaners who accumulate stellar evaluations.
